Contact & Support

Get help with BeatMyLand.ing.

Send a message to the BeatMyLand.ing team for setup questions, agent troubleshooting, account help, landing report questions, leaderboard feedback, privacy requests, or feature suggestions.

Please include the landing ID, airport, aircraft, pilot profile link, or screenshot when you are asking about a specific landing. That makes it much easier to check the telemetry and see whether the problem is scoring, simulator data, replay detection, or account linking.

Before you reach out: quick fixes

Most support questions are one of a handful of common setup issues. These usually sort themselves out in a minute or two:

The agent isn't detecting my simulator
Make sure Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 or 2024 is actually running and loaded into a flight. The agent connects through SimConnect, so it links automatically once the sim is in a session — the connection status is shown in the agent window.
My landing didn't upload
Check that your device is linked to your account and that you have an internet connection. Landings are submitted automatically a few seconds after you settle on the runway; very long floats or unusual touchdowns can occasionally take a moment.
Windows flagged the download
The builds are not yet code-signed, so SmartScreen may warn on first run. Choose “More info” then “Run anyway”, or use the Portable ZIP from the download page.
My score looks wrong
Read how scoring works first — a soft touchdown well off the centreline or with heavy sideslip scores lower than you might expect. If it still looks off, send us the landing ID on Discord.

When reporting a specific landing, include the landing ID, airport, aircraft and a link to your pilot profile so we can check the telemetry directly. We read every report and the community is active most of the day across time zones.
